ABOUT CHAIKO

Chaiko is the pen name of Cai Feng, an internationally recognized artist, graphic novelist, and illustrator from China. He was born in 1981 and started drawing at a very young age before learning traditional painting at a fine arts college. He was a visual development artist in the digital entertainment field earlier in his career, and producing tons of original illustrations for newspapers and magazines as well during that time. A few years later, he got into animation as a director creating various animated commercials, which achieved many awards then. His first graphic novel was published in 2008 and earned a lot of attention in Europe. He followed that success with other titles and became a productive author. You can now find his books around France, Switzerland, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, China, the USA, etc. As the official website of Chaiko here you can check out some of his most typical and impressive artworks that basically connect with him.
